Biography

Joshua Going was born and raised in Saco, Maine. At nineteen he relocated to San Francisco to attend art school where he discovered his love of photography. Josh’s signature style is colorful and accessible, but with depth. His ability to create both an empathetic connection to his subject and a fun shooting environment is the reason his portraits are seen in both publicity campaigns and gallery shows. Josh currently lives in New York City, photographing countless familiar faces. His recent portrait work can be seen in the New York Times and the Washington Post.
